Celeriac & sweet potato soup w/ truffle oil – pistachio – sourdough VE/GF
Spicy crab cake and prawn tartare w/ red pepper ketchup – picked cucumber – pea shoots
Ham hock terrine w/ chorizo sweetcorn & saffron croquette – apricot chutney
Mains
Butternut squash, feta & spinach filo parcel w/ asparagus – crispy kale – cranberry – balsamic ginger dressing (VE & GF options available)
Roasted breast of Norfolk turkey w/ walnut, sage & cranberry onion stuffing – duck fat potatoes – orange glazed carrots – red cabbage – winter greens – pigs in blankets w/ red wine gravy
Pan roasted hake fillet – hazelnut truffle dressing -sauté potatoes – chorizo – spinach – cannelloni beans – drizzled lemon velouté
Slow braised sirloin steak – red wine & aromatic spice – truffle & fresh horseradish mash – red cabbage – kale

T&Cs… A non-refundable £10 deposit per head is required to secure any Christmas reservations. The booking time of your reservation is the time all guests must be seated. If a member of your party arrives late then they may be subject to the removal of one or more courses due to time constraints. There will be no reduction in pricing should this occur. No shows will be charged the full menu price. Management reserve the right to refuse admission in accordance with the current licensing laws.
