The safety of our staff and customers is our priority, and to this end we have made changes to the way we operate.  We ask customers to cooperate with us as much as possible.  Here follows some key information for anyone planning to visit:

  • Hand sanitiser is available to all  customers and visitors at the main entrance and within the restaurant.  Many customers are bringing their own, but we also have sanitiser available for customers who are seated – please ask our staff
  • It is mandatory for venues to collect customer contact details for track and trace.  Customers who refuse to leave their contact details will be refused entry
  • We have reduced the number of tables inside and out, and have built fixed screens between inside tables
  • We are ventilating the restaurant as much as possible by opening as many doors as possible
  • Staff have increased the frequency of hand washing.  For example, after a change of activity, and at least every 30 minutes
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning, especially  in regard to surfaces and objects which are frequently touched
  • We ask customers to remain seated at your table as much as possible during your visit.  Please refrain from moving chairs/tables around and please stay at a safe distance from others
  • We have increased the frequently of toilet cleaning, and doors are left propped open
  • Customers are encouraged to use contactless payment.  We are currently implementing an app through which customers can order and pay
  • If you want to book on the day, after brunch or dinner service has started, please call us on  01273 730 320 (extension 1)
  • Due to our reduced capacity we encourage customers to visit during off peak times (for example for an early brunch, late lunch or early dinner)
  • Please note: we do not take reservations for outside tables, but we will seat you on the terrace if a table is available
  • We have the Lounge, our private dining area for groups of nine or more. Please note that current legislation restricts groups to no more than six unless they are from a single household or support bubble.  For enquiries please email us:
  • Customers can either order take aways on site, or order and pay in advance by calling us on 01273 730320 ex 1 during opening hours
  • We have introduced a drop off point at the entrance for deliveries and take aways
  • We now offer a delivery service through Deliveroo in the evenings from 5pm

Dinner: Mon-Sat from 5-10pm  Sun 4pm-10pm (roast)

Please note: We will be closed for maintenance on Thursday 24th September and Thursday 1st October and from October 2020 we will be closed on Monday evenings and all day on Tuesdays

We are located on Brighton seafront on the corner of Kings Road and Preston Street near the old West Pier and i360, and a 15 minute walk from Brighton Station

Where can I park?

The nearest car park is Regency Square underground car park, which is in the next street. There is also parking on the seafront. Parking in the general area is free after 8pm  offer secure overnight parking for £13.  They also do special offers for group parking
