Being inclusive has always been important to us – we have baby changing facilities, kids menus, colouring and high chairs, we allow dogs inside and out, and even offer doggy water bowls for your pooches, and whilst the area around the West Pier may have changed almost beyond recognition since we first opened in 2013, we were then one of the only restaurants (if not the only restaurant) on Brighton seafront to have a wheelchair ramp. And even though The New Club has been described as a ‘hipster place’, nothing could be further from the truth – many people are surprised that our customers come from such a wide variety of backgrounds and age groups, and for us, that’s a real achievement.
While food trends and consumer tastes, as well as our own tastes, are changing, our food and drinks menus are also evolving. We’ve recently added additional information onto our menus so that those of you with dietary requirements and food allergies can more easily identify what you can consume.
And as we move into 2018, we’re taking things a step further and increasing the range of vegan options on our food and drink menus, starting with vegan specials menus in January and February, with a view to building the most popular items into our main menus from the spring.
So watch out for our special ‘Veganuary’ menus in January, and do let us know what you think!
And last but not least, we’d like to wish you all a very happy 2018!
